The first study looking at lives saved by the HPV vaccine was published in June of this year. The study was based on data from England. Between 2020 and 2024, ZERO women between the ages of 20 and 24 who received the HPV vaccine at 12-13 years of age died from cervical cancer. It truly is a cancer preventing and life saving vaccine! At Huguenot Pediatrics we begin offering the vaccine at 9-10 years of age.
