Weekend reminder: you do not have to earn rest. 🤍
As the week comes to a close, give yourself permission to slow down, reset, and recharge. Sometimes self-care looks like quiet moments, extra sleep, fresh air, saying no to things that drain you, or simply taking a deep breath.

• Drink water and nourish your body
