How to reset your circadian rhythm:

As the sun is setting, go barefoot on grass, dirt, or sand

My go-to berry smoothie lately 🍓🫐

Simple, quick, and packed with ingredients that help support energy, protein intake, gut health, and overall wellness.

Here’s what goes into it:

• 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
• 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
• Handful of spinach
• Almond milk (I use Elmhurst since it doesn’t contain gums)
• 1 scoop mushroom powder
• 1 scoop protein powder
• 1 scoop creatine
• 1 scoop greens powder
• 1 scoop collagen

Rinse, blend, and enjoy. 🌿

One thing I always remind people, smoothies don’t need to be complicated to be supportive. Small consistent habits really do add up over time.

And yes… this one actually tastes good too. 😄
