Quiet transitions happen every day, and my recent one is both bittersweet and full of possibility. One thing I've learned, through my own life and health journey and through sitting with so many of you in yours, is that a joyful life is built in small, thoughtful shifts that honor your whole story.
After six meaningful years at NH Health & Wellness Center, I completed my time there on April 30th and am stepping into a new chapter. Since Covid, about 85-90% of my work has shifted to telehealth, and I realized I no longer needed a full-time office to do the deep, root-cause work I love. But stepping away from in-person sessions entirely didn't feel right. There is something special about being in the same room with someone, truly holding space and I found a way to honor both...
As of May 1st, I'm offering in-person Functional Nutrition and Holistic Health Coaching on Tuesdays at The Wellness Seed Collective in Amherst, NH, continuing my full-time virtual practice the rest of the week, and launching Laughter Yoga group sessions at The Wellness Seed soon.
The heart of the work remains the same: helping you get to the root of what's keeping you stuck and build a way of eating and living that feels good. Not another protocol to white-knuckle through. Real change that fits your real life.
Current clients are transitioning with me via telehealth or in person on Tuesdays. And if we haven't worked together in a while, consider this your invitation to come back. You deserve to feel your best, and I'd love to help you get there.
I'm deeply grateful for my years at NH Health & Wellness Center, for my colleagues and, most of all, for the clients who've trusted me as part of their care team. This transition is simply the next step in how I can best show up and serve.
