One child named Rasmus inspired our founder to build a company that would help reach 1 million children with autism. That's still the whole point. Two of our own took the stage together at WIBA 2026 to make that case: Shara Deepankar, MA, BCBA — Implementation Manager, and Ali Johnson, MA — Growth Manager, sharing how behavior analysts moving into tech and systems roles aren't leaving their clinical training behind — they're applying it at a bigger scale.

New CE Webinar 🎓

We're excited to partner with Hickory Learning Group on this one. Cate Davis, PhD, BCBA-D, LBA along with Michael Carrero BCBA, LBA and Sean Yocum MA, BCBA, LBA, both of Hickory Learning Group, are presenting "Measuring What Matters: Caregiver Competence as a Clinical Outcome in Applied Behavior Analysis."

The session introduces the G.A.I.N. Protocol, a tool for measuring caregiver competence as a primary clinical outcome alongside learner skill acquisition.

Drawing on a 12-month retrospective review of clinical data from Hickory Learning Group's hybrid service model, the team will share how caregiver competence rose over time alongside reduced reliance on direct service and clearer movement toward discharge readiness.

Attendees will learn how to operationalize and measure caregiver competence, structure a hybrid service model around caregiver-mediated outcomes, and align treatment planning with the BACB Ethics Code and ACQ Accreditation Standards.

Meet Gwenyth Easter, Solutions Consultant at Hi Rasmus. 🌟

Before joining the team, Gwenyth was a BCBA who used Hi Rasmus in practice — and that firsthand experience is what brought her on board.

"I love this platform, and honestly, I want to tell everyone I know about it. If it's the right fit, I want every learner to have access to a platform their team can fully customize around their needs, not the other way around. I want BCBAs like me to feel what real flexibility is like, where the tools bend to the clinical judgment instead of limiting it or making them feel as if they have to 'fit in' with a platform. And I want graphing and visual analysis to be fun again. Not a chore you dread, but something that actually helps you see the progress you and the team are working so hard for. That's the difference Hi Rasmus has made for me, and it's why I keep showing up to share it with others."

One of Gwenyth's favorite projects has been building our Caregiver Goal Bank 📊 — something she wished she'd had as a clinician, built to help other BCBAs and families skip the "starting from scratch" problem in goal writing.

What keeps her going: real conversations with clinicians navigating the same challenges she once did, and helping them see what's possible with live data and in-the-moment feedback.

Outside of work, she's usually outdoors ☀️ — dog walks, a run, and soaking up the sun with her husband and their dogs. Fun fact: her dogs have probably logged more miles this year than her car. 🐾
