This transformation means so much more to me than a change in profile.

This patient came to me self-conscious about the size and shape of her nose; she felt the bump and droopy tip were out of proportion with her petite features. She was also dealing with a deviated septum that made it hard to breathe through her nose. Her rhinoseptoplasty addressed both refining her nasal shape while restoring proper function, so she could breathe freely for the first time in years.

There's a saying I live by in the OR: the enemy of good is perfect.

A look at what happens after surgery! 👁️

This 25-year-old patient had rhinoplasty, septoplasty, and endoscopic sinus surgery. At her post-op visit, we cleaned things up, walked through her healing progress, and cleared her for full activity. The tip is still settling, it will soften and feel more natural over the next couple of months, but the profile is already looking exactly the way it should.
