Please join us in welcoming our newest ABA Therapist, Daynia “Nia” Cooks, to the team! 🎉

Nia earned her undergraduate degree in Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, followed by a Master’s in Applied Psychology and a post-master’s certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She brings experience across clinic, home, and school-based ABA settings and is passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of the children and adolescents she supports.

Outside of work, Nia enjoys reading thrillers, working out, and creating pottery. We’re so excited to have her on board and can’t wait to see all the amazing things she’ll accomplish with our team. Welcome, Nia! 💙

Happy Staff Appreciation Day to the absolute BEST team around 💙🎉

Today we celebrated the incredible people who keep everything moving day in and day out — with a little laughter, a lot of fun, and yes… a piñata that definitely did not stand a chance 😂🍬🪅

So grateful for this hardworking, passionate, dedicated crew and all they do for our students, families, and each other every single day.

Now we’re off to continue the celebration with good food, drinks, and even better company!

Cheers to an amazing team today and every day!

Doctor and dentist visits can be overwhelming for autistic children, but a little preparation—like talking through the steps, using visuals, and bringing comfort items—can help make the experience calmer and more positive. 💙
