💛Would you know what to do if someone you knew was thinking about su***de?

You don't have to be a mental health professional to help someone who may be struggling.

Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR) Su***de Prevention Training teaches three simple but powerful steps that anyone can learn to help recognize the warning signs of su***de, start a conversation, and connect someone to appropriate support.

During this 90- minute training, participants will learn how to recognize warning signs and risk factors for su***de, how to ask someone directly about su***de, how to persuade someone to seek help, and how to refer them to appropriate resources and support.

QPR is designed for everyone-parents, educators, healthcare professionals, faith leaders, employers, coworkers, community members, and anyone who wants to feel more prepared to help someone in need.

Upon completion of the training, participants will receive a QPR Gatekeeper Certificate valid for one year.
