With the squishy craze happening, we would love to get our customers opinions and recommendations. A lot of items we will have to pre-order because demand is so high. With that being said, would you all prefer to order in advance so they are reserved for you? Some pre-orders will not even ship until November, but we want to be able to stock items that you all think will be on Christmas wish lists this year.

Be in the lookout for something like this. This is a last ditch effort to thwart a major milestone as SB 2040 (Harshbarger)/HB 1959 (Scarbrough) officially has passed both chambers of the General Assembly, earning approval in the Senate (24-9) on 04/20/2026 and the House (86-7) on 04/21/2026! During the Senate floor consideration, an amendment was adopted to extend the bill’s implementation date to July 1, 2028. The opposition, PBMs and their allies, spent more than $7 million and hired over 60 additional lobbyists on an aggressive and misleading campaign to protect a rigged system. Despite that pressure, we are deeply grateful to the legislators who stood strong and chose to put Tennessee patients, pharmacists, and communities first. Their leadership reflects a commitment to transparency, fairness, and access to quality care.

I am deeply concerned on how the mobile numbers of so many Tennesseans have been acquired and used to try to overturn and overwhelming defeat that challenges their money making machine as well as their tactics which has led the the closure of 620 pharmacies across Tennessee since 2017 when vertical integrations started to occur.
