Mahjong players, this one's for you!

We're excited to announce A Mahjong Social benefiting Puzzle Pieces on Friday, August 28, 2026, at The Party Space Place!

We're thrilled to partner with MahJong Social to bring this event to our Puzzle Pieces supporters. Whether you've played with them before or are joining us for the first time, you can expect a fun evening supporting Puzzle Pieces.

Event Details
🀄 6 –9 p.m. at The Party Space Place, LLC (5010 Wildcat Way, Owensboro)
🀄 Doors open at 5:30 p.m.
🀄 $50 per player
🀄 Light refreshments and wine provided
🀄 American Mahjong League rules
🀄 Independent play is required. Players should have prior Mahjong experience.
🀄 No need to bring your own Mahjong set.

Get ready for a full day of horsepower, family fun, and giving back!

Pullin’ with Purpose: Wright Implement Tractor Pull returns THIS SATURDAY, August 1 at the Daviess County Lions Club Fairgrounds, with all proceeds benefiting the more than 500 individuals served by Puzzle Pieces. We're incredibly grateful to Wright Implement Co. for hosting this event and continuing to invest in our mission.

Here's what you can look forward to:

🚜 Farm Force Track beginning at 4:00 p.m.
🏁 KTPA Pro Pull under the lights at 7:00 p.m.
🛝 Little Pullers' Playland with giant inflatables
🫧 Foam Party from 7:30–9:30 p.m. featuring a Certified Autism Resource foam cannon
🚲 Pedal Tractor Pulls from 5:00–7:00 p.m. ($2 per pull)
🧸 Toy Show inside Bittel Hall
🍔 Food vendors
🍺 Adult beverages available for guests 21+ from our friends at The Brew Bridge
🎆 Fireworks to end the evening

Admission
🎟️ $10 per person
👧 Ages 6 and under are FREE
🚗 FREE parking, thanks to Wright Implement's generous donation to the Daviess County Lions Club

Tickets will be available at the gate, or you can purchase them in advance at https://shorturl.at/aRCLf. Online sales close at noon on Friday, and your wristbands will be waiting for you when you arrive.

The first 750 guests through the gates at 3:00 p.m. will receive a FREE Wright Implement hat!

Don't forget to nominate a Future Farmer (ages 20 and under)! Post a photo in the comments on Wright Implement's Future Farmer post, share their name, hometown, and why they deserve the title. The comment with the most likes by 6:45 p.m. Saturday will win a trophy and $100.

Every year, Puzzle Pieces relies on an incredible group of volunteers. They help at our fundraising events, serve on committees, support special projects, and give their time in countless other ways. Our organization simply wouldn't be what it is without them.

That support is one of the reasons community service is built into our programming.

We want our clients to experience the value of giving back, just as so many people have given to them. Throughout the year, they volunteer with local nonprofits and community organizations, lending a hand wherever it's needed. While they're there, they're building confidence, learning workplace skills, meeting new people, and making a real impact.

We hope every volunteer leaves knowing they made a difference. We want our clients to experience that same feeling.

Giving back is part of being a community, and we're proud to be on both sides of it.

Thank you to everyone who made the 14th Annual Puzzle Pieces' Charity Cruise In another incredible success!

Because of the generosity of our sponsors, participants, volunteers, and community, this year's event raised $13,000 to support the more than 500 individuals served by Puzzle Pieces.

A special thank you goes to Steve Geary's Body Shop, Bunt Geary, and Janie Tichenor. Year after year, they dedicate countless hours to organizing this event and continue to be unwavering supporters of Puzzle Pieces. Their commitment has helped turn the Charity Cruise-In into a tradition that makes a lasting impact on our organization.

Our friend Peyton also loved being part of the event again this year and helping choose his favorite truck, car, and motorcycle.

Over the past couple of months, our clients have enjoyed visits to Toad Hop Creamery and Owensboro coldstonemixitup as part of their community outings. These trips gave everyone the opportunity to spend time with friends, make choices, practice social skills, and enjoy a sweet treat along the way.
