REMINDER: If you do NOT receive this email you ARE NOT SCHEDULED! Please check to make sure you receive this email after scheduling a service with me; sometimes when more than one person is in the booking tool and scheduling at the same time, it'll kick one or the other person out and not confirm the appointment. In which case one person will NOT receive an email confirmation and will not be scheduled.

I've had several folks come to the office assuming they had an appointment but did not receive a confirmation email so they were not scheduled. This is not something I can remedy on my end, though I really wish I could! I don't get any sort of notification for anything other than confirmed appointments.

Thank you all for keeping me booked and busy, I know finding time to work on ourselves can be difficult but I am so grateful for your trust in me and your patience 🤲🏻

Some of the modalities I offer...

• Pain Management : Chronic or acute, we will put together a treatment program to fit your lifestyle, management goals, and pocketbook!

• Deep Tissue : My philosophy on 'deep tissue massage therapy' is more about being very thorough than it is about digging into the fascia.

• Reflexology : With its roots in eastern medicine, this pressure point therapy at the bottoms of the feet can affect blood flow and have a profound affect throughout the entire body.

• Myofascial Release : Creating profundity using the art of slowing down, this is a great option for those suffering from any sort of physical, emotional, mental, spiritual trauma.

• Hot Stone Massage : Heat therapy lengthens and releases stubborn tension, sometimes even tension you didn't know you had!

• Lymphatic Drainage : With gentle, gua sha-inspired strokes, we move the lymph away from the face, head, and neck to improve the sinus, reduce facial swelling, and even help with allergies and the general "ick" a person can feel.

I offer a little something for just about everyone without an overwhelming menu of options. Now that you've gotten this far, it's about time you booked a service! I'm available 5 to 6 days a week, including weekends and outside the 9-5 business hours. I guess you really CAN have it all...
