Meet our special guests: Vice Mayor Jess Rivas & Natalie Espinoza, Senior Planner, Pasadena & Community Development!

This incredible team answered questions and concerns from our residents.

They also discussed topics such as SB 79 Transit-Oriented Development and its impact on local development projects within the city.

Vice Mayor Rivas discussed topics such as the city's budget, a potential parcel tax to retrofit fire stations, building a permanent training center, and other issues. She also shared how she lives in the neighborhood nearby.

A very special thanks to Vice Mayor Jess Rivas - Pasadena City Council District 5 and Natalie for keeping Villa Gardens residents informed and updated about our beautiful city. ❤🌹

Come one, come all! It's the Annual Chicken Toss! 🐔🐓

The Chicken Toss is a fun and active event where both residents and team members compete to throw a rubber chicken as far as possible to raise funds for our HEART Fund. ❤

An acronym for Helping Employees At Risk Today, the HEART Fund is a special emergency fund designed to assist Front Porch employees who experience an unanticipated financial hardship.
