Fairmount Behavioral Health is dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive mental health services. A psychiatrist is on site at all times.

We offer a range of specialized inpatient programs designed to support individuals facing mental health with a supportive, healing environment. Located on a beautiful 27-acre wooded campus, Fairmount Behavioral Health System is a longstanding pillar of the behavioral health community in Philadelphia. Fairmount is a private, inpatient behavioral health facility that specializes in the treatment of

both adolescents (12+) and adults. The spacious campus bordering Fairmount Park in the Roxborough Section of Philadelphia is a peaceful setting for patients and families. Fairmount offers specialized inpatient programming based up on the clinical profile of each individual, including a women’s trauma program and a dual diagnosis track. With a call to Fairmount, you have immediate access to a master’s level clinician, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our admissions team can assess an individual in crisis and arrange admission to the appropriate level of care. Whatever the need, at any time of day or night, high quality care is within reach here at Fairmount. To schedule an assessment, call 215.487.4100. Physicians are on the medical staff of Fairmount Behavioral Health, but, with limited exceptions, are independent practitioners who are not employees or agents of Fairmount Behavioral Health. Fairmount Behavioral Health joined fellow UHS facilities at a Regional Trauma-Informed Care Training hosted by Friends Hospital and led by Jennnifer Morgan Smith, UHS Director of Patient Care Initiatives. Alongside teams from Brooke Glen Behavioral Hospital, Lancaster Behavioral Health Hospital, Keystone Center, The Horsham Clinic, and The Meadows, participants strengthened skills and shared best practices that help create safer, more compassionate healing environments for patients.
