New age might tell you that being spiritual is being “high vibes” and that “LOVE & LIGHT” bs till your blue in the face.

Nah. It’s about balance. When to stay in the body. When to feel your spirit. It is also speaking up for the people that are around you that are hurting. Many spiritually minded “guru’s” seem to believe they are superior and have the right to lead the “blind”.

I’m here to share that I am spiritual af. But I’m also a human. I love to cuss. Love to shake my a*z. But hey. I also enjoy meditating and speaking to my ancestors. 🤎🤎🤎🤎
