Singing Bowl Sound Meditation Session

Join Licensed Massage Therapist Krista Ward on Wednesday, May 27, from 6 - 7 p.m. at the Main Library in Port Huron, for a sound meditation session with singing bowls. Reduce your stress and anxiety in this immersive sound experience. Bring your own mat, pillows, blankets, and bolster pillows for added comfort. The session will be roughly 30 minutes with questions and conversation afterward.

We want you to meet Laura!

Her yoga story started right where many of ours do, in a season of recovery, when she needed something that would meet her exactly where she was. That practice never left her, and now she brings it to you.

Laura teaches yoga and sound therapy at KM5, holds her Farmhouse Fresh certification, and is currently working toward her certifications in reflexology and next Pilates. Outside the studio she is a gardener, a dog mom, a mother of two, a grandma, and a keeper of chickens. Come experience her class and see why her students keep coming back.
