A little while ago, we shared some exciting news about our own Tech Concierge, Adrian Amora, at The Watermark at the Pearl—and we wanted to take a moment to revisit it.
At The Pearl, technology is used to help residents feel more connected, supported, and confident in their day-to-day lives.
Adrian, who previously worked in software engineering, now helps residents with everyday tech needs—from video calls with family and friends, to accessing photos, and navigating online services like banking and healthcare portals.
As Adrian shared, many older adults feel frustrated with technology, but often the challenge is not the person—it is the device or system itself.
His patience and support continue to make a real difference in residents’ lives, helping reduce stress and bring people closer together.
It is a great reminder of how meaningful technology can be when it is paired with care and connection.
