After five wonderful years, we're preparing for retirement and looking for the next owner of Kindred Spirits—someone who shares our passion for community, wellness, and the alcohol-free movement.

Kindred Spirits has always been more than a bottle shop and lounge; it's a place where people connect, celebrate, and belong. We're excited to find someone who will carry that mission forward.

The Gimlet

Ingredients
2 ½ oz The Spirit of Gin, refrigerated
1 oz fresh lime juice
¾ oz simple syrup
Method
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with a small amount of ice.
Shake briefly until chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe.
Garnish with a lime wedge or cute little lime peel bird 😉

Tanqueray 0.0 is built around the same core botanicals as Tanqueray London Dry Gin. These include juniper berries, coriander seed, angelica root, and citrus elements derived primarily from lime and lemon.
