Today, one of our nurses took a moment to hold a resident’s baby doll during lunch — not because it was part of a checklist, but because she knew it would bring comfort, reassurance, and help our resident enjoy her meal.

These are the quiet moments that speak the loudest. The patience, the creativity, the kindness, and the willingness to meet each resident exactly where they are — that is what makes a house feel like home.

We are so grateful for the heart our team brings to our residents every single day.
