Resistance to what is already happening only multiplies our suffering. By embracing the current of life rather than fighting the flood, we find peace in the midst of chaos.

When we fully accept what is, we can act without the restraint caused by our habitual patterns. Instead of fighting with the story surrounding events, we can dig in and start doing what needs to be done.

Acceptance is not apathy. It clears the way for effective action.

Rest is not a reward you must earn after exhaustion; it is the sacred soil from which your strength grows. To pause is to honor the natural cycles of your being, trusting that the path will wait for your return.

Mindfulness teaches us the patterns of our mind and body, including the signals for when we need to rest.

Your worth is inherent and can never be earned through endless doing. Just as a flower does not need to prove its value to receive the rain, you do not need to produce to deserve tenderness.

You are Worthy!

When we accept our innate worth, we naturally become kinder to ourselves and to others. Embrace your worth and be kind.

Mindfulness means to be fully present with all that is happening now. When we are learning mindfulness, our discrimination sharpens. We notice little details that we never knew were there. It is easy to become obsessed by the details, assigning them meaning in a story that exists only in our head.

The answer is not to ignore the details, but to see them in combination with the larger picture. In this way, we start to see the flow of the entire mosaic - including how we change and flow with all that Is.
