Sumanth came to Graspmore with complaints of lower back and bilateral knee pain that were limiting his ability to stay active. He was having difficulty with activities he enjoyed, including hiking, biking for extended periods, and working out.

Determined to get back to the active lifestyle he wanted, Sumanth committed to coming to Graspmore twice a week, focusing on building strength throughout his lower body and improving his trunk stability.

Through consistency, hard work, and a dedicated strength training program, Sumanth was able to return to the activities he enjoyed and even experience an active trip through Europe without being held back by his pain.

Huge congratulations to Sumanth for never giving up on himself and continuing to push through the challenging and uncomfortable moments throughout his rehab journey. His progress is a great reminder that consistency and commitment can make a huge difference in getting back to doing the things you love!

First real injury, and Felipe's biggest fear wasn't the pain, it was that it'd never go away. Working with Henry changed that. Now he's back at the gym, pain free.

Newest Member of the Team, Nick Fiorentino!

Nick earned his B.A. in Psychology from UCLA and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from UCSF/SFSU. As a lifelong runner and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), he loves working with active individuals of all ages—particularly runners, cyclists, and gym-goers—to seamlessly bridge the gap between recovery and peak performance.

Nick places a strong focus on the mind-body relationship in his clinical practice, bringing a truly holistic perspective to movement and rehabilitation—which also fuels his passion for helping patients navigate chronic pain and nagging injuries. During his education, he conducted research on fitness wearables and the mental health benefits of exercise in special populations. He also performed fitness assessments for the San Jose Sharks.

Outside the clinic, Nick stays active through running, weightlifting, and cycling, and enjoys cooking and brewing specialty coffee.

Matthew had dealt with chronic low back pain for over two years, structuring his life around his pain. While at Graspmore, we adjusted his posture holistically, which gave Matthew long-lasting relief. Most importantly, he gained the knowledge on how to address his pain if it ever returns.
