Meet Anna!
Anna brings warmth, intention, and a genuine love for people to every single class. She grew up as a dancer before discovering yoga in her late teens and what started as a physical practice became something much deeper: a pathway for healing, growth, and connection.
Now she’s here in San Francisco, holding space for others to find that same sense of steadiness. Her classes are grounding and supportive. Expect breathwork, mindful movement, and the kind of stillness that actually sticks with you.
Anna is currently completing her 500-hour training with a focus on trauma-informed practices, because she believes that feeling safe in your body is the foundation for everything.
