A person can lose between 0.5 and 2 litres of water per hour in hot conditions, even without intense exercise.

And here is the problem: most people do not adjust their water intake to match.

They drink the same amount as in the cooler months, maybe 1 to 1.5 litres, while their bodies demand significantly more. The deficit compounds quietly. Energy drops. Focus fades. Headaches appear. Skin dries out. Digestion slows. And most people blame the heat, the busyness, the change of routine.
