Join our amazing 200 Hour Teacher Trainees as they wrap up their Yoga Alliance Teacher Training focused on Vinyasa Yoga.

We invite you to practice these flow based classes and support our teacher trainies as they develop their teaching voices!!

75 minute classes will be held at 12pm:

We just schedule our 2027 Retreat to the Azores!! If you’re interested in learning more, please email by May 18th and you’ll be added to the VIP List, which gets 2 weeks of first access when I open up registration on May 18 to the best rooms and the lowest, unadvertised retreat pricing we will ever offer - €500 off retail!

Our retreats are about connection, with yourself and others, exploration of this amazing world, good food, spending time unplugged in nature and of course practicing yoga.

This retreat will be all inclusive of:

Feet, Ankles and Knees ~
Restore healthy foot function by creating balance, flexibility, strength, and raised arches. Work on ankle mobility and lengthen and tone calf and shin muscles. Develop long and strong adductor and quadricep muscles to stabilize the knee. Good for bunions, plantar fasciitis, and hammer-toe.

Hands, Wrists, Arms and Shoulders ~
Relieve stress from repetitive motion. Connect the movements at the ends of the muscle chains, the hands, up through the forearm to their source at the shoulders. Great for arthritis, tennis elbow, and carpal tunnel.

Come experience reiki, mindfulness, sound and coaching. We will begin by connecting in healing energy and sound. This will be followed by group offering of Reiki to each participant. A Reiki Share provides the opportunity for enhanced learning, growth and community.

Reiki is ... is a Japanese technique for relaxation that also promotes healing. It’s done through passing of soothing energy flow from the hands into the client, providing relaxation and releasing tension. Energy that is depleted and out of balance can cause illness. Through Reiki, the lost energy is restored allowing balance, harmony and inner calm within. This balance helps the body heal itself on a deeper level.
