Having a tough technology day at the Healthy Futures home office. Attempting to set up a get everything for a new printer/scanner/copier set up. And an IRS certified letter at the door-their mistake but it’s been a 4 month nightmare to clean up. So I am about in tears and then this one, TedE, decides to give me a little support, grounding my activated nervous system. Thanks for the assist, TedE. I needed that. 🐶❤️💪

We were lucky enough to join an 8-day tour of Scotland, and every day of the agenda was packed with castles and history, and learning about Scotland's political past, and tons of other amazing things. But during the middle of the week, Mia's body was telling her to pause and breathe, so we found a lovely trail in the foggy hills and took the time to refresh. The dog days of summer are here! At least that's what this sleepy little guy is telling us. This is from a recent grooming, and - no worries - Ted E. returned to his chipper, playful self after a nice nap.
