On the ancestral lands of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community, a wild Mustang stands as a reminder of resilience, freedom, and strength. Just beyond the grounds of Via Linda Behavioral Hospital, this moment felt symbolic, healing isn’t about changing who we are, but creating space to reconnect with our spirit. Grateful to serve a community where the beauty of the land reflects the hope and recovery we strive to provide every day. 🤍

Abby Rallo had the pleasure of presenting at the Arizona State Board of Nursing 1803 Grant Summit, where she shared the positive impact Via Linda Behavioral’s preceptor program has had on our nursing workforce and overall outcomes.

Her presentation focused on helping fellow nurses effectively communicate with healthcare leadership about the importance of investing in nursing resources and support systems — because when we care for the people providing care, patient outcomes improve.
