1 year after Revision Rhinoplasty, Lateral Brow Lift & Upper Blepharoplasty.

After extensive research into revision rhinoplasty surgeons, this patient traveled from Chicago to see me. Following a previous rhinoplasty, she felt her tip had become droopy and lacked the feminine refinement she was hoping for. She also felt that heavy upper eyelids made her look tired.

To achieve her goals, a significant amount of deprojection was required. Deprojecting the nasal tip is one of the more difficult aspects of rhinoplasty. Using my tip support technique, we were able to refine projection while maintaining long-term structure and support.
