Joshua Gordon, CEO of Heartland Behavioral Homes LLC flashed a winning smile during his graduation presentation at South Florida State College. Joshua was among a group of Highlands County’s small businesses, who completed the Thrive in Highlands 12-month business program through the Highlands County Economic Development.
