Breast Self-Awareness Matters!

Do you know what’s normal for your breasts? Breast self-awareness means becoming familiar with how your breasts normally look and feel so you can recognize changes that may need attention.

💕 Be aware of changes such as:
• A new breast or underarm lump
• Changes in breast size or shape
• Thickening or swelling
• New or persistent pain
• Unexpected ni**le discharge
• Changes in ni**le shape or turning inward
• Redness or flaky skin
• Skin dimpling or irritation

✨ Know your normal. Know the changes. Speak up when something doesn’t feel right.
