Just wrapped up a committee meeting with the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. We reviewed our written board exam and signed off on the final version for our upcoming examinees to take in June. It’s a honor to participate with the organization which has allowed me to become a double board certified Facial Plastic Surgeon. Board certification matters! To see if your surgeon is board-certified by the ABFPRS go to abfprs.org/physician-finder/. This is a comprehensive list of those who have completed all of the required training and testing as well as met the ethical standards set forth by the America Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. It’s a big deal! Good luck to all of the test takers! The exam is very fair 😁.

We were excited to see Jordyn from come through the office for a check-up! One year ago she had an upper blepharoplasty and a rhinoplasty. Besides having quite possibly the best first name, she also looks absolutely stunning!

We have included her before and after photos. Her nose is balanced, cute and fits her face perfectly. Here eyes look natural and refreshed. She loves her new look! We performed our Sand Lift procedure package to help restore her jawline, improve her neckline and make her eyes look more well-rested. This wonderful patient felt that her neckline had lost its definition. She wanted to have her overall profile balanced and sharpened.

She underwent our specialized deep-plane facelift along with eye refresh and rhinoplasty in our custom-designed, high-end surgery center. She is shown several months out from that procedure and looks absolutely amazing! Her jawline is super sharp, her profile more balanced, and her overall appearance is natural and beautiful. She is ecstatic with her surgical results and we are continuing to highlight her skin with facials, laser light treatments and Botox. We are so happy for her!

AAFPRS 2025 in Los Angeles!!

Had a great time in LA the last few days! I love these meetings because I can catch up with colleagues, learn from the world’s best and also provide some of my own insights to other surgeons. I started out with an AAFPRS board meeting, weighing in on some critical votes to help direct our organization. I subsequently gave some podium talks on hair restoration and practice development. It was also an honor to serve on the Kabaker Excellence in Facial Plastic Surgery panel. During the off hours, I had several different dinners to celebrate my mentors at both Washington University and UCLA. What a whirlwind trip! We have a few new things we will be rolling out in the upcoming months - stay tuned!

Rhinoplasty transformation!

This beautiful patient felt her nose was out of balance. Too strong in the bridge and it also looked crooked to her. She wanted it to be softened, straight, balanced, natural. Her sister had a rhinoplasty with our office several years ago and had an outstanding result. She convinced her to look into having rhinoplasty as well!

She is shown 1 year out from her rhinoplasty. Her nasal profile has softened, and her nose is thinner and straighter. It balances extremely well to her forehead and chin. She has improved confidence and loves her new nose. Both the patient and her sister are beyond happy with the results of the procedure. We think she looks absolutely fantastic!!!
