Freedom Caregivers

Freedom Caregivers Freedom Caregivers provides non-medical home care across 20+ Ohio counties. Their freedom starts here! Honoring God In Service To Others

We offer personal care, homemaking, companionship, and respite care to help your loved ones live with dignity at home. Freedom Caregivers’ Story

Freedom Caregivers opened its doors in 2013, responding to a critical need for local in-home care services for the elderly population. Its founders, Jason Eibling and Joanne Yeater, with decades of healthcare experience between them, strived to create an

organization offering the quality of care they would expect, and that their own senior relatives would embrace. With that vision as their goal, Freedom Caregivers began with one caregiver and two clients. Fast forward to today, and our agency has grown to include four office locations, 100 caregivers, and more than 200 clients. Even with this expansion, we remain individually focused on providing excellent personal care to elders in their homes. Freedom now offers a wide range of customizable services aimed at helping the Greatest Generation remain safe in their homes and active in the lives they worked so hard to build. What sets us apart from other agencies is our commitment to relationship-building and our unwavering service standards. We carefully match clients and caregivers; we’re available 24/7 to answer any questions. Our frontline staff members are carefully screened; they are individuals we would welcome into our own homes. They’re compassionate, professional, and continuously receive training to stay ahead of advancing in-home care trends. We’re Freedom Caregivers for so many reasons. In our experience, in-home care is the first – and best – choice for many older adults whose wishes are to remain in their homes with freedom, dignity, and independence. Our mission is to honor God by serving others. We believe the people who have always cared for us now deserve to be cared for by us. It’s our turn to serve them.

💜 June 15th is World Elder Abuse Awareness Day. 💜

At Freedom Caregivers, our mission goes beyond daily support—we are fiercely dedicated to the safety, dignity, and protection of the seniors in our community. Elder abuse can take many forms, from emotional and physical mistreatment to financial exploitation and neglect. Often, it happens in the shadows, but together, we can bring it to light.

Knowing the signs is the first step in protecting our loved ones. Keep a watchful eye out for:

➡ Sudden, unexplained changes in behavior or increased anxiety.

➡ Unexplained injuries or frequent, sudden health declines.

➡ Social isolation or a sudden lack of basic care and hygiene.

Every senior deserves to age with grace, respect, and total peace of mind. Navigating care and ensuring safety can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. If you ever need guidance, resources, or support ensuring your loved one is safe and thriving, our team is always here to help you navigate the way.

Let's stand together to protect those who spent their lives protecting us. 🤝✨

We had an incredible time attending the Peace on My Block event at Arlin Field! Our Director of Business Development, Shaleigh, was thrilled to connect with so many neighbors, chat about how Freedom Caregivers supports local families, and share some of the amazing career opportunities we have open right now.

The turnout was fantastic, the sun was shining, and the energy from the community was unmatched. Thank you to everyone who stopped by our table to say hello—we love being part of this community and helping our neighbors live safely and independently at home.

We had a really great time at the career fair at Buckeye Community School in Marion. One of the coolest parts of the day was getting to witness two students graduate during the event. It was such a proud moment for everyone there and awesome to see students reach that milestone. 🎓🙌

Another thing that really stood out was seeing the principal recognize all of their teachers in the middle of the career fair. You can tell the staff at BCS truly care about their students and about each other.

What BCS is doing is bigger than just helping students graduate. They focus on building positive relationships and giving students the support and encouragement they need to overcome challenges and reach their goals. You can feel that the second you walk through the doors.

Their vision of supporting the whole student really shows the environment they’ve created safe, supportive, and focused on helping students succeed both in school and after graduation.

Thank you again to the Marion team for having us out. We’re excited to continue building relationships and finding ways to support students and their future goals. 💙🤓

Freedom Caregivers had a jazzy good time at the Senior Extravaganza hosted by the Ohio District 5 Area Agency on Aging, Inc.! ✨

The event was held at the Mid-Ohio Conference Center and had a massive turnout, and we loved every minute of it. Connecting with so many amazing community partners and local seniors was pure gold (and purple, and green!). 💜💚

We had a blast parading around the room and catching up with our incredible community partners. When it comes to supporting our local seniors, we don't mask our enthusiasm—we’re always ready to let the good times roll! 🎷✨

A huge thank you to everyone who threw some love our way and stopped by our table to chat & grab a goodie bag. You all made it a truly spectacular day! 😊

What a fantastic time at the Wyandot County Senior Fair! 🎉💙

We want to extend a huge thank you to the Wyandot County Council on Aging for hosting such an incredible event. From the amazing lunch to the outstanding jazz performance, every part of the day was thoughtfully put together and made for a wonderful experience.

Our Director of Branch Operations, Denae, and Assistant Marketing Coordinator, Amanda, had a great time meeting so many new faces, connecting with community members, and spending time with other organizations that are passionate about supporting seniors and their families. Events like these are a great reminder of how strong and caring our communities are.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to chat with us—we loved being part of such a special day and can't wait for next year! 😎

We had a great time at the career fair with Buckeye Community School in Mansfield! It was awesome getting to meet students, staff, and learn more about the impact BCS is making. 🙌

What really stands out about BCS is that they do things differently. They focus on each student as an individual and give them the flexibility and support to succeed in a way that works best for them. Students can move at their own pace, create their own graduation plan, and get one-on-one support from teachers and counselors along the way. Most importantly, students are encouraged to be themselves and build a future that fits their goals.

We’re excited about the opportunity to partner with BCS as they look toward developing a future CNA program. There’s such a need for compassionate healthcare workers, and we’d love to help students explore careers in healthcare and create another pathway for success after graduation.

Thanks again to Buckeye Community School for having us out. We’re looking forward to what’s ahead of us! 😊💙
