We serve children and their families in our Waxhaw NC office in addition to our community based services in Huntersville, Fort Mill SC, and Charlotte and surrounding areas.

Our first summer Friday playgroup was a hit! Ms. Susie and Ms. Abby planned such fun activities. These little friends navigated an obstacle course to gather dandelion seeds, learned dandelion breathing, used a blanket as a parachute to make the seeds pop, then fed a hungry bear using the scooterboard for some practice turn taking and good proprioceptive input. Then after all the play, they made watermelon squishy bags with their seeds! 🍉 Parents went home with a new fun sensory toy and some good ideas on how to use the bags for pre-writing and fine motor fun at home 🍉

Fantasy Fun Camp is off to a super fun start!

Day 1: Forest Magic 🌳🧚‍♀️🦄 Our campers went on a forest hunt for fairies, unicorns, and gnomes, made magical bracelets and challenging obstacle courses, and learned forest adventure yoga 🧘‍♀️

Day 2: Ocean Adventure 🌊🐙🐳 Campers completed a walk the plank obstacle course, made ocean creatures out of clay, and found some calm through ocean yoga 🧘‍♂️

Excited to see what 🪄 magic 🪄 day 3 brings!

Saturday’s Let’s Include Landon Equal Footing 5k was so much fun! The summer heat didn’t stop the runners from running for inclusion and we were so happy to be a part of it!
