We are incredibly proud to share a remarkable success story! 🌟

S.L. came to us at Park Lane Post Acute following a complex motor-vehicle accident that left him facing severe mobility challenges and cognitive-communication deficits. Initially requiring maximum assistance for basic movement, he put in the hard work alongside our dedicated physical, occupational, and speech therapy teams.

Thanks to his determination and the care of our staff, S.L. regained his strength and balance, progressing to near-total independence. We are thrilled to announce that he has safely discharged back to his own home!
