Care Initiatives is expanding its commitment to improving resident health and quality of life by ensuring every skilled nursing facility now has access to a wheelchair-accessible transport van.

With the delivery of new vans to its remaining locations, each of Care Initiatives’ forty-three skilled nursing care communities now has the ability to provide reliable transportation for residents. This investment supports access to medical appointments, community activities, and safe transitions to and from care settings.

We were honored to welcome Brent Willett, President and CEO of the Iowa Health Care Association, to Corydon Specialty Care today!

Our leaders and team members had the opportunity to share a tour of our Memory Care Unit and provide insight into our Seasons Memory Care Certification, launched in 2025. It was a great opportunity to highlight the processes, activities, and experiences that support the meaningful, person-centered care we provide each day.
