Supporting events in our community is important to us—but so is supporting our amazing employees and their families. We love cheering on their kids, celebrating their accomplishments, and supporting their dreams both on and off the course!

🇺🇸 Happy Labor Day from Feridean Commons! 🇺🇸

We celebrated the holiday outside, soaking up the gorgeous weather on our outdoor patio! ☀️❤️🤍💙

A special thank you to our Executive Director, Brooke, and her amazing family for hosting such a wonderful party for our residents! Everyone had a blast enjoying the beautiful day, great company, and plenty of smiles.

It’s been a memorable summer here at Feridean, and while we’re sad to see it come to an end, we’re looking forward to all the fun the fall months will bring! 🍂

Thursday Morning Craft Time! 🌸

Join us Thursday mornings after breakfast for some fun, creativity, and time spent with friends! 💜

This morning, our residents made simple, easy but beautiful handmade paper fans. Each one was unique, with colorful papers and patterns chosen by our talented residents. 🪭✨

It’s a wonderful way to get the creativity flowing, start the day with a smile, and bond with your neighbors. ❤️

We love seeing what our residents create each week! 🎨😊

Today we’re celebrating some very special people—our September Virgo and Libra residents. We’re so happy to have this time together to laugh, have fun, enjoy some cake, and celebrate ❤️

National Assisted Living Week begins September 13, and we can’t wait to celebrate with our residents, families, and staff here at Feridean Commons! 💙

We have a fun-filled week planned, and we’d love for everyone to dress up with us and join in the joyful moments that make assisted living life so special!

🍑 Welcoming New Faces to Feridean! 🍦

We are always so proud to share our love of Feridean with others, but it’s especially meaningful when we get to welcome our newest residents into the community! 💕

Today, we gathered for an ice cream social to introduce some of the new faces around Feridean. It was such a fun afternoon filled with introductions, shared stories, lots of smiles, and—of course—delicious peach ice cream on a hot summer day!

A special thank you to our wonderful friends at Enliven for bringing the ice cream and helping us make our newest residents feel right at home.

Our Passport Project Continues! 🌎

A few weeks ago, our Executive Director kicked off a new activity here at Feridean Commons — our Passport Project! This special program gives both residents and staff the opportunity to share their travel experiences, favorite destinations, and adventures with our community.

You may remember Brooke taking us along on her incredible journey to Alaska 🏔️🐋 — and today, we traveled somewhere new!

One of our fabulous residents, Fred, shared his journey to Israel with the group. 🇮🇱 We loved hearing about his experiences, seeing his memories, and getting a glimpse into such a fascinating destination.

Thank you, Fred, for taking us along on your adventure! ❤️

Our passports are filling up, and we can’t wait to see where we’re heading next! ✈️

As we approach Labor Day and the unofficial end of summer, we’re reflecting on what a beautiful season it has been here at Feridean Commons! 🇺🇸

A very special thank you to Gale, who took such wonderful care of all the flowers around our community this summer. Her hard work helped keep our grounds looking bright, colorful, and welcoming all season long! 🌺🌿

We hope our residents, families, staff, and visitors enjoyed all the beauty and special moments that summer brought to Feridean. Here’s to soaking up these last few days of sunshine before we welcome a new season!

Marley’s in the community today visiting with our wonderful residents, staff… and even our UPS driver! 😂🐾💕

It’s a gorgeous day here at Feridean Commons, and we absolutely love watching our residents light up as Marley makes her way through the hallways looking for treats, belly rubs, and plenty of pets!

There’s just something special about having a four-legged friend around to brighten everyone’s day. 🐶☀️❤️
