THE HOLIDAYS CAN BE BEAUTIFUL.
THEY CAN ALSO BE A LOT.
Family dynamics. Old roles. Expectations. Grief. Overstimulation. Difficult conversations. People who know exactly which buttons to push. And the pressure to somehow enjoy every minute of it.
Our last Meditation for Overthinkers class had such a great turnout and such a positive response that I wanted to keep the momentum going—and make this something we can continue to build together.

This class will be an opportunity to slow down and prepare—not by trying to make yourself perfectly calm, but by becoming more aware of what happens inside you when you're triggered, overwhelmed, or pulled back into old patterns.
We'll practice creating a little more space between what happens around you and how you respond.
