When Life Feels Loud, Return to Yourself
Sometimes life becomes so loud that we lose sight of our own center.
We become focused on solving problems, helping others, carrying responsibilities, and holding space for everyone around us.
Before long, our energy begins flowing outward in every direction except the one that matters most.
Back to ourselves.
The truth is, not every situation needs to be fixed today.
Not every answer needs to arrive immediately.
Not every burden belongs to you.
Sometimes the most healing thing you can do is pause and ask:
“What do I need right now?”
Not what they need.
Not what the world needs.
Not what the future needs.
What do you need?
A moment of stillness.
A walk in nature.
A deep breath.
A prayer.
A cup of tea.
A good cry.
A reminder that your wellbeing matters too.
Self-alignment is not selfish.
It is the foundation from which everything else grows.
When life feels loud, return to yourself.
You may discover that what you were seeking was already waiting within you.
