A word often used in health coaching, but what does it really mean?
Many people think resilience means being strong all the time.
In reality, resilience is often much quieter than that.
It’s adapting when things don’t go to plan.
It’s getting back up after a setback.
It’s asking for support when you need it.
It’s taking a break and starting again tomorrow.
Resilience isn’t about never struggling. It’s about finding ways to keep moving forward, even when life feels challenging.
On this rainy Tuesday, remember:
You don’t have to be at your best every day.
Sometimes resilience is simply putting one foot in front of the other, doing what you can, and trusting that brighter days will come.
