🔧 Technical Tuesday: Eco Bike
Looking for a workout that challenges your whole body? The Eco Bike is similar to an Assault Bike, but with higher resistance, making your workouts even more intense!
✅ Step 1: Adjust your seat
Set the bike seat height so that when your foot is at the bottom of the pedal stroke, you have a slight bend in your knee. This helps you maintain good form and get the most out of every push and pull.
✅ Step 2: Choose your workout
Turn the machine on and select your preferred workout style. Personally, I love a good Tabata (short, high-intensity intervals), but you can also set it by time, calories, distance, or other goals.
✅ Step 3: Start riding
Press start and away you go! Push with your legs, drive with your arms, and keep your core engaged throughout the movement.
💪 Why use the Eco Bike?
The Eco Bike is a great tool to improve cardiovascular fitness, helping support better heart health, breathing capacity, blood flow, and overall conditioning.
It’s also a full-body workout, targeting your legs, back, shoulders, arms, and core — making it a great addition to any training program.
