HAVE A COFFEE ON US!!

If you’ve survived school drop-off… you’ve earned this. ☕️

Drop the kids. Do something for yourself.

Join our 9:30am class and we’ll shout your post-workout coffee because parenting is hard enough.

School drop-off. Sweat. Coffee. Then tackle the rest of your day feeling like a human again.

Tell us you’re a parent without telling us you’re a parent!!

Parents, we know sleep deprivation is real!

That’s why we’re shouting you a FREE coffee when you check into any 930am class after school drop off.

Because surviving on caffeine is basically a parenting skill.

This post is about Rach.

Right now she’s in the middle of delivering a workshop she has poured her heart into for women navigating one of the biggest transitions of their lives. She has no idea I’m posting this… and to be honest, she’d probably tell me to take it down. Not because she’s embarrassed, but because she’d rather the focus be on the women in the room than on herself.

But what you don’t see is everything that happens behind the scenes.

The endless hours of planning. The late nights. The second-guessing. The worry that it won’t be good enough. The constant desire to make sure every woman feels seen, heard and supported.

This workshop wasn’t created from a business idea.

It was born from her own silent struggles over the past few years. From the countless days of wondering, “What’s wrong with me?” From searching for answers that so many women struggle to find. And then realising there were so many other women around her asking the very same questions.

Her dream became simple: bring together the people who helped her, create a safe space, and share knowledge that could genuinely change lives in our Alstonville community.

Rach, I don’t think we tell you often enough just how incredible you are.

To our family, to our gym community, and to the countless women whose lives you’ve touched—you are a powerhouse with the most beautiful heart. You have an incredible way of making people feel valued, capable and never alone.

You are the heart of what we do.

Today’s event exists because of your courage to turn your own struggles into hope for others.

And if there’s one thing I hope you truly believe…

You are enough. You always have been.

We love you. ❤️

A massive thank you to Annika, Julie, Sara, Sarah and Michelle. Your words have touched everyone in that room.

There’ll be more from today’s event.

Think you know Josh? Think again 👀

Check out his ‘most embarrassing’ moment 😂😂

We put Josh in the hot seat so you can get to know the person behind the role and why he’s passionate about helping people reach their goal.

Drop a 👋 in the comments to say hello to him.

Your 930am ‘mum tribe’ awaits!!

For Bec, 930am is more than a time slot - it’s a chance to move, connect, grab a coffee and spend time with women who just get it.

Because community matters. It’s not just a class…it’s finding your place.

🔧 Technical Tuesday: Eco Bike

Looking for a workout that challenges your whole body? The Eco Bike is similar to an Assault Bike, but with higher resistance, making your workouts even more intense!

✅ Step 1: Adjust your seat
Set the bike seat height so that when your foot is at the bottom of the pedal stroke, you have a slight bend in your knee. This helps you maintain good form and get the most out of every push and pull.

✅ Step 2: Choose your workout
Turn the machine on and select your preferred workout style. Personally, I love a good Tabata (short, high-intensity intervals), but you can also set it by time, calories, distance, or other goals.

✅ Step 3: Start riding
Press start and away you go! Push with your legs, drive with your arms, and keep your core engaged throughout the movement.

💪 Why use the Eco Bike?
The Eco Bike is a great tool to improve cardiovascular fitness, helping support better heart health, breathing capacity, blood flow, and overall conditioning.

It’s also a full-body workout, targeting your legs, back, shoulders, arms, and core — making it a great addition to any training program.

Have questions about how to use the equipment or how to get started? Let me know! As a PT, I’m here to help you on your fitness journey 💪
