Last week was our very first Strength Class and the feedback has already been amazing 💙

This class is designed to help you build strength, improve balance, increase energy, and feel more confident in your body, all in a welcoming and supportive environment.
We use kettlebells, dumbbells, and functional movement exercises that can be adapted for different fitness levels.

You can be active, healthy, and still be losing strength without realising it.

After around age 30, we gradually begin losing muscle mass. By our 50s, without strength training, we may lose around 10% of our muscle. By our 70s, that number can reach 40%.

At the same time, bone density slowly declines too. Even women who exercise regularly and take care of themselves can develop osteopenia without realising it.

Katya brings over a decade of teaching experience, offering gentle to moderate classes focused on mindful movement and breath. Her approach is calm, grounding, and deeply nourishing, with a strong connection to yoga philosophy and the rhythms of nature.

She’s especially passionate about supporting women’s wellbeing across mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
