Great news — a number of Australian health funds are currently supporting rebates for eligible Naturopathy and Nutritional Medicine services through extras cover plans. If you have extras cover, you may be able to claim for your consultations depending on your level of cover and policy inclusions.

While supplements (vitamins, minerals, herbal extracts) can be AMAZING for the human body, it is always best to take a “food first,” approach, where the food you eat makes the biggest difference!

I’ll say it before and I’ll say it again: the 3 x plates of food you eat each day are going to have a far bigger impact on your health than a single pill!
