We often see the response, we don't always see what lead to the response.

Broken sleep, family pressure, caring responsibilities, finances, health, a hard conversation - even a lack of time to reset.

The final drop is rarely the only thing filling the cup.

Not everything needs to come with you into the weekend.

Make space to rest, reset and reconnect with what helps you feel grounded.

This week marks five years since Pakari began with a simple vision, to walk alongside others with compassion, strengthen resilience and support recovery through connection and evidence informed care.

Today Pakari is a trusted NDIS registered provider of psychosocial recovery services and this year expanded our services into workplace mental health and psychosocial governance support.

Along the way we have had the privilege of supporting individuals, families, workplaces and communities through some of life's most challenging moments.

This milestone is especially meaningful as we remember our co founder, Jason Fitzgerald. His belief in people and his vision for Pakari continue to guide our work every day.

To everyone who has been part of our journey, clients, families, staff, allied health professionals, referrers, community partners and more - THANK YOU.

We are so proud of what we have built and even more grateful for the trust that is placed in us every day.

Happy Birthday Pakari

“What if I say the wrong thing?”

It’s one of the most common reasons people stay silent.

But staying silent often means missing the chance to support someone who needs it.

Mental Health First Aid training helps you feel more confident in those moments.

It’s not about perfect words. It’s about knowing how to respond.

We have upcoming courses available and we also offer group training tailored for workplaces and organisations.

So many of us avoid mental health conversations, not because we don't care, but because we don't feel confident about what to say.

Pakari delivers accredited Mental Health First Aid training to help you build the confidence to start having those conversations when they matter most.

Would you know what to say if someone opened up to you today?
