Every marathon block has one, the week that tests you 😤
Matt’s deep in the hard work now.
Peak mileage, tired legs, and trying to still show up. Hopefully that’s what will turn a good race to a great one.

Jess ( ) gave the team a full update on the latest research around bone stress injury assessment and management. The physio nerd in us loved every second. 🦴
