My Journey Australia, based in Campbelltown, are an incredible team of Support Coordinators who C&C have the pleasure of working alongside in supporting some of our participants.

Building strong relationships and working together with other passionate people in the disability sector is so important to us. At the end of the day, we all share the same goal — making sure participants are supported, heard and given genuine choice and control over their lives. 💜🩵

💜 A MESSAGE FROM TASH - THE FOUNDER 💜

OMG… what an incredible 12 months it has been! 🥹

I feel so blessed and grateful to have been a part of the lives of our past, current and future participants. Being welcomed into their everyday lives, being trusted to support them is something I will never take for granted.

From the very beginning, C&C has been about putting participants first, their choices, their goals, their lives and their control. We are there to support, encourage and walk beside them while they make the decisions about what their life looks like.

Watching participants build independence, try new things, achieve goals, create memories and sometimes accomplish things they never thought possible is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do. 💙

I’ve also had the privilege of working alongside an incredible team. Getting to know each and every one of them and watching the genuine relationships they build with our participants has been just as special.

I want to say a massive THANK YOU to everyone who has supported not only me, but our entire C&C family and our journey over the past 12 months. We honestly wouldn’t be where we are today without the trust and support of our participants, families, staff, support coordinators and wider community.

There have been laughs, tears, challenges, achievements, adventures and so many beautiful memories along the way.

At C&C, we believe every participant deserves to be heard, respected and supported to have choice and control over their own life.

We do what we do because we care.
We do it because people matter.
We do it to support independence, choice and control.

🔵Meet the C&C team 🔵

Hey everyone, I’m Marcus! 👋

I’ve been working as a Disability Support Worker for just over a year now, and I absolutely love what I do.

For me, one of the best parts of support work is watching the people I support grow in confidence, smash their goals and gain more independence. 🙌 Seeing someone achieve something they may have never thought possible is what makes this job so rewarding and is a big reason why I chose this industry.

Outside of work, I’m a massive sports fan! 🏉🏏🏀 I love watching sport just as much as I enjoy getting out there and playing it myself.

I’m also a big believer in encouraging others to give things a go, push themselves and celebrate their achievements — big or small.

But above everything else, family is everything to me.

I’m looking forward to continuing my journey in disability support with C&C Support Solutions creating plenty of great memories and helping our participants achieve their goals along the way!

🎉🎂 Happy Birthday to our beautiful Libby! 🎂🎉

Yesterday we had the absolute pleasure of surprising Libby on her special day, and what a wonderful surprise it was! We were so grateful to have not only some of our amazing team involved, but also some of our incredible participants Dylan who helped make Libby’s birthday extra special by sharing thoughtful gifts and lots of love.

Seeing the smile on Libby’s face says it all—we think we did a pretty good job! Moments like these remind us that it’s the little things that can make the biggest difference.

Happy Birthday, Libby! We hope your day has been filled with love, laughter, and happiness. You truly deserve it. 💜🎁🎈

🌞 Up bright and early, Christina and Susana headed into town for a busy morning!

First stop was Susana’s appointment, and afterwards she treated herself to a delicious breakfast at a local café. ☕🥓 Yum!

The adventures didn’t stop there. We enjoyed a little retail therapy, where Susana met another one of our amazing C&C participants and enjoyed some lovely conversations together.

Of course, Susana couldn’t resist checking out the local police station 😂 before finishing the day with a visit to her absolute favourite shop.

And then… 🍭 That’s one BIG lollipop! 😂 We think it might take Susana a little while to finish this one, but judging by the smile on her face, it will definitely be worth it! 😄

Now, for everyone who knows the banter between Tash and Susana… 🤣 Susana just had to rub it in by sending Tash photos of her delicious breakfast while Tash was hard at work behind the scenes! Safe to say Susana was enjoying herself just a little bit! 😂

Days like these are what community participation is all about—getting out into the community, attending appointments, enjoying great food, meeting other participants, having a few laughs, and making wonderful memories along the way.

Has anyone else heard of Payphone Tag? 🤔 We certainly hadn’t… until the last couple of days!

Who introduced us to it? None other than our adventurous participant Dylan! 🚗📞

Over the last two days, Dylan and Sarah have travelled through Dubbo, Narromine, Wongarbon and Geurie, hunting down and tagging payphones along the way. What started as learning about a new game quickly turned into an adventure filled with laughs, teamwork and plenty of exploring.

Along the way, they discovered where the old payphones are hidden and were surprised by just how many are still around! It just goes to show that sometimes the best adventures come from trying something completely different.

💖💜Oh, my our hearts are full! 💜💖

Today, Sarah was supporting our beautiful Miss Libby and surprised her with a very special gift. Judging by the smile on Libby’s face, it’s safe to say she absolutely loved it! 🥹🐾

Libby has a huge love for dogs and often talks about her own beloved dog, Pete. Seeing her reaction today was truly priceless and reminds us exactly why we do what we do.

At C&C Support Solutions, it’s about so much more than providing support. We strive to go above and beyond to create meaningful moments, bring joy to our participants, and put smiles on the faces of their families too—especially those who can’t always be close by.

A heartfelt thank you to Libby’s family for allowing us to share this beautiful moment with everyone. We are incredibly grateful for your trust and support and honoured to be part of Libby’s journey. Moments like these deserve to be celebrated, and we’re so thankful we can share the joy with our wonderful community.

🌿 Outdoor Adventures with Dylan & C&C Support Solutions 🥾

Today, Dylan and Casey ventured out to Wellington for a fantastic day of outdoor adventure. They enjoyed exploring the local hiking trails, soaking up the fresh country air, taking in the beautiful scenery, and finishing the day with a well-earned lunch at the local club.

At C&C Support Solutions, we love supporting participants like Dylan to get out into the community, stay active, build confidence, and create lasting memories through experiences they enjoy.
