CORE & CONTROL 🔥
Assisted Roll Down with Theraband

This exercise is great for spinal mobility and improving your ability to move through the spine one vertebra at a time.

Sit on your bottom with your knees bent and your theraband securely attached to a point in front of you. Hold the ends of the theraband in your hands and use it for support as you slowly lower yourself towards the ground, moving vertebrae by vertebrae through a C-curve spinal position.

Tuck your chin and slowly curl back up, focusing on moving through each vertebra individually and maintaining control throughout the movement.

Aim for:
▫️ 2–3 sets
▫️ 10-15 reps
▫️ Slow and controlled movement

Sore knees on the stairs, stiff hips in the morning, aching hands after gardening? While arthritis is common, not every sore joint means arthritis.

CORE & CONTROL 🔥

Half Side Plank

The half side plank is a great exercise for building core strength, improving stability, and supporting your hips and lower back.

Lie on your side with your bottom knee bent and your top leg extended long. Your elbow should be directly under your shoulder, press through your forearm to lift your hips off the floor. Hold the position while keeping your core engaged and your hips lifted. To regress this exercise, both knees can be bent.

Focus on maintaining good alignment and avoid letting your hips drop or your shoulder shrug.

Aim for:
▫️ Hold 15 - 30 seconds
▫️ 2 - 3 sets each side
