LIVE ❤️HARP❤️ SOUND BATH
Kira played a moving sound bath (live music) for the mothers and their girls at our last Bodywise Retreat.
The sounds are incredibly soothing for burned out nervous systems.
This is also an opportunity to show your daughter what self care and personal nourishment can feel like.

RITE OF PASSAGE
Puberty isn’t just a series pf physical changes, it’s a complete overhaul of your daughter’s sense of self, identity and thinking. Support her to manage the mental, physical and emotional changes that accompany adolescence in this part educational part ceremonial rite of passage.
