Strong cores are built through lifting, carrying, rotating, running and progressively challenging your body over time 🏋️
The goal is not to avoid load forever, the goal is to build confidence and resilience through movement 🙌

Lower the weight, reps or intensity temporarily instead of stopping completely
✔️ Keep moving
Gentle movement in a tolerable range helps maintain confidence and mobility 🚶
✔️ Build back up gradually

Your range and tolerance will improve over time with consistency 💪
