🚨 Got a stubborn tendon injury?

Most people accidentally make it worse before they make it better.

❌ Complete rest
❌ Aggressive stretching
❌ Constant rubbing and massaging
❌ Random bursts of sport and exercise

The reality? Tendons love the right amount of load.

A well-designed progressive loading program is still one of the most effective ways to get a tendon stronger, calmer, and back to doing what it’s meant to do.

❄️ ICE BATHS: Worth it?

Cold water immersion has been used by athletes for years to help manage soreness, aid recovery, and build mental resilience.

Potential benefits may include:
✅ Reduced post-exercise soreness
✅ Improved recovery between training sessions
✅ Temporary reduction in inflammation
✅ Increased calorie expenditure as your body works to stay warm

A simple starting guide:
🧊 Aim for around 1 minute per degree of water temperature.

For example:
5°C = around 5 minutes
7°C = around 7 minutes

You don’t need to be an elite athlete to benefit. Whether you’re training hard, recovering from a big week, or simply looking for a challenge, cold water immersion can be a useful tool when used appropriately.
