👋 Meet Dr Michelle! 💙 Our new Pregnancy and Paediatrics Chiro!

We’re thrilled to welcome Dr Michelle to the Joint Therapies team!

Fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Malay.

With over five years of clinical experience, Dr Michelle is passionate about helping individuals and families feel their best through every stage of life. She is known for her hands-on approach, using manual chiropractic adjustments alongside dry needling and soft tissue techniques to effectively manage musculoskeletal conditions and persistent pain.

She also has special interest in pregnancy, paediatric, and family chiropractic care, providing gentle, personalised treatment tailored to each patient’s needs.

Dr Michelle is Webster Certified and has completed the Diplomate of the Australian College of Chiropractic Pediatrics (DACCP), giving her advanced training in pregnancy and paediatric chiropractic care. She is committed to creating a caring and supportive environment where every patient feels heard, understood, and empowered on their health journey.

Known for her warm personality, gentle approach, and attention to detail, Dr Michelle loves building genuine connections with her patients.

She is excited to care for the local community and looks forward to welcoming you and your family to the clinic.

Au revoir, Jorma!

Yesterday we said goodbye to Jorma as he heads back home to France after spending the past few months with us at Joint Therapies.

Although his time with us was relatively short, it was a chapter that we genuinely valued. Jorma brought not only his skills as a physiotherapist, but also his perspective, experiences, and a little piece of France to our clinic. He became part of our team, and we are grateful for the opportunity to have worked alongside him.

One of the things I've come to appreciate over the years is that we are constantly learning from one another. Every person who comes into our lives leaves something behind, whether it's knowledge, friendship, a new way of thinking, or simply a reminder of what matters most.

I often think that people enter our lives for one of two reasons: either we are here to make their lives a little better, or they are here to make ours better. More often than not, it's both. They become a page in our book, and we become a page in theirs. Jorma has certainly left his mark on ours.

Thank you, Jorma, for your contribution, your professionalism, and the positive-chilled-happy-go-lucky energy you brought to the clinic. We wish you safe travels home, every success in your future career, and plenty of exciting adventures ahead. (We tried to bribe Jorma with Tim Tams to stay, but apparently France was running low on physiotherapists and needed one back. Either that, or he just couldn't survive another Australian summer explaining that physiotherapists and chiropractors can actually get along!)
