2 years of LaBell Wellness 💙💙

We recently marked two years since we opened our doors, and we wanted to take a moment to say thank you.
Running a small business is hard.
There's the side people see, and then there's the early mornings, late nights, the endless towel washes, the study, the bookwork, the seasons with no income while we invest in getting better at what we do. This year threw plenty at us outside of work too!! ~ but we're still here, and we're still growing, because of you.

To every client who has trusted us with your wellness journey, every person who's referred a friend, and everyone who's liked, shared or commented on our socials ~ thank you.
Word of mouth is everything for a business like ours, and we don't take it for granted.

Some of what we got up to this year:
We had a stall at Shepparton's Body & Soul Holistic Expo, we sponsored local footballers, donated many vouchers to community fundraisers, auctions and raffles.
Kat gave her time to local mums' groups for baby Bowen presentations.
Trav spent his Saturdays as a trainer with Shepparton Swans FNC.
We hosted corporate wellness sessions, we travelled to Geelong for a group IV therapy booking, road-tripped to Perth to support an athlete chasing (and landing!) a podium finish in an ultra marathon, and hosted complimentary recovery sessions for local football / netball teams.
Most of all, we've been honoured to walk alongside so many beautiful clients through injuries, surgeries, life-changing diagnoses, and everything in between.

We've grown too:
Katrina completed her IV Vitamin Therapy training and Reiki Level 1 & 2.
We added some exciting new services: HBOT 2.0, our Magnesium Float Pod, IV Vitamin Therapy, visiting Chinese Medicine/Acupuncture practitioner Dr Sam Dudgeon and sound healing with Kellie from Blue Wren sound and energy healing.
More services are coming soon as we expand into our new space.

Our artists came back! and this week, the whole family joined in - mum surprised us with a beautiful hand-drawn horse. The girls got creative with a dragon curled around our salt lamp, plus flowers and a sunrise. And dad? He buried his feet in the salt and had himself a well-earned snooze. This is exactly what we love to see - families relaxing, creating, and making memories together. Thank you for visiting☀️🐉🐴🌸

Sensory play, salt room style 🐋🦈🦕
This little one turned our salt room into her own private ocean with orcas, sharks, and a stray dinosaur or two, all buried in the sand.
While she played, the salt mist got to work in the background. That's the magic of it, children get a calm environment to lose themselves in toys and colouring sheets and are unaware that a treatment is taking place. Their hands are busy, while their airways have a clean out they don't even notice.
30 minutes of sensory play. A world of difference after.

Two Depths.
Which HBOT is Right for You?

🔵 HBOT 1.5 ATA
Equivalent to 5 metres below sea level. A gentler pressure setting, ideal for general wellness, recovery and lower pressure therapeutic protocols.

🔵 HBOT 2.0 ATA
Equivalent to 10 metres below sea level.
Our larger chamber is reinforced with heavy-duty buckled straps to safely handle the higher pressure.
2.0 delivers greater dissolved oxygen into the bloodstream, often used for more intensive therapeutic protocols.

The "ATA" (atmospheres absolute) simply tells you how much pressure the chamber reaches compared to sea level - the higher the number, the deeper the equivalent "dive," and the more oxygen your body can absorb.
