Being present enables curiosity, space to think and feel, builds awareness and enables time to be fulfilling.

One opportunity is so simple and takes not even a minute but gives all day 🌺 ….. your garden 🪴

Today I picked a strand each of rosemary, mint stalk with flowers and a lime leaf! Also you’ll see bright marigolds and a flowering chilli plant 🌱 🌶️

This will be parked where I work today.
